After the meeting, Chairman Neil Pedersen gave an academic report titled "Critical Issues in Transportation" in the fifth conference room of the Academic Exchange Center. He also introduced the TRB's 73 key issues in the field of transportation in the future and demonstrated the future of academic and scientific research of TRB..
