Recently, President Chen Feng and the Rector of University of Science Malaysia (USM) Datuk Dr. AsmaIsmail, FASc signed cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, to promote the education and academic exchanges between the two universities on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and common development, establish and develop cultivation of talents, staffs exchange, research and jointly organize seminar cooperation and exchange. The signing of the cooperation agreement between the two universities will provide a better opportunity and platform for the common development of both sides.

University of Science Malaysia (USM), founded in 1969, is the well-known public university. There are more than 25000 students, more than 7000 graduate students and more than 1000 international students from more than 50 countries. The school offers more than 500 professional courses. The school ranked the 264 place in QS list of university in 2018.
