On March 20, 2018, President Chen Feng and the Rector of Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University(MADI) Victor Nitcevich signed cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, to promote the education and academic exchanges between the two universities on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and common development, establish and develop cultivation of talents, staffs exchange, research and jointly organize seminar cooperation and exchange. The signing of the cooperation agreement between the two universities will provide a better opportunity and platform for the common development of both sides.

Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University(MADI) founded in 1930 and it is located on downtown Moscow. It is Russia’s most prestigious university on transportation. It is the member university of Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities(ASRTU). MADI is famous for talents on highway, bridge and airport construction, vehicle and road construction machine, which contributed a lot to the development of transportation of Russia. MADI presently have 8 departments, 22 majors and 10000 students.
