On December 21st 2017, Professor LEE NAM HO, president of Chonbuk National Universityvisited Chang’an University. Vice President Wang Jianwei welcomed the guest at the Academic Exchange Center, accompanied by heads of the International Office, School of Information Engineering，School of Economics and Management, and School of Automobiles.

Vice President Wang Jianwei extended his warm welcome to the arrival of Professor LEE NAM HO, briefly introduced Chang’an University from the perspectives of school size, characteristic of subjects, and cultivation of talents. Also, he introduced international exchanges in details. He hoped that through this visit, both parties can further the cooperation in every field based on previous cooperation. And the two parties can have new breakthroughs in staff and students exchanges, scientific research and etc.

Professor LEE NAM HO expressed his appreciation for the reception and briefly introduced recent development ofChonbuk National University. He said that this visit aims to establish a high quality interaction platform for faculty members from both sides. He hoped that the two universities could further cooperation in more fields and promote closer collaborations.

Chonbuk National Universityis one of the National Flag Universities in Korea. Located at Quanzhou city, north of South Korea with 1,300,000 m2 area,Chonbuk National Universityis one of the largest universities in Korea. There are two graduate schools, fourteen institutes and twenty-two departments.Chonbuk National Universityranks 509th in QS 2016, and ranks 3rd in Korea.
