On the morning of August 31, 2021, our school and Franklin University of the United States held a video conference on cooperation negotiations. Tina Rong, Deputy Director of International Admissions of Franklin University, Luo Tao, DeputyDirectorof the Project Section of the International cooperation office of our school, and Zhang Jingwen, staff member, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the two parties respectively introduced the history of their universities, the faculty situation and the advantages and characteristics of the disciplines, and carried out in-depth discussions on the possibility of inter-school cooperation. Both parties hope to use the 3+1 undergraduate dual degree program, exchange student program and short-term exchange program in summer and winter as an opportunity, to further promote exchanges and cooperation in more fields, such as mutual visits of teachers and cooperative scientific research. The two sides expressed that the cooperation between the two universities has broad prospects, and they look forward to implementing the cooperation as soon as possible.
